Lyndsey is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely at ease. She always checks that I’m feeling okay throughout and after the piercing, which shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients.

The whole team are so welcoming and friendly that I’ve even gone on to book beauty treatments there as well. The atmosphere is lovely, and you always feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door.

The aftercare is explained thoroughly, and you’re given a helpful leaflet to take home, which is great for peace of mind. I also love the little sweet treat that’s included – such a thoughtful touch that really makes the experience feel extra special.
